About Today Nigeria
Nigeria is changing every day. Understanding it shouldn't be complicated.
Today Nigeria is an independent digital news and information platform created to help people understand the stories, decisions, and developments shaping Nigeria.
We believe staying informed should be simple, accessible, and useful. In a world of endless headlines and constant updates, our focus is not just on telling you what happened, but helping you understand why it matters and what it means for you.
Our Approach
We believe good journalism should be accurate, independent, understandable, and relevant to everyday life.
That means prioritising facts over speculation, providing context rather than simply repeating headlines, and making complex topics easier to understand without losing important details.
We also believe readers deserve transparency. We aim to distinguish news from opinion and advertising, acknowledge errors, and explain how we approach our reporting.
Stay Informed
Our newsletter brings the stories and insights worth understanding directly to your inbox.
Whether you live in Nigeria or follow the country from abroad, Today Nigeria is here to help you stay informed, understand more, and make sense of what matters.
